The antique Brunswick "San Domingo" Bar c. 1880 has been carefully restored and now anchors the beloved South Lounge, offering comfortable seating, a grand fireplace, ocean views, and French doors opening to the newly expanded Bayview Terrace.

At Chatham Bars Inn, the beverage program celebrates timeless cocktails, refined wines, and regional craft beers. The Iconic Cocktails Through the Decades collection offers a journey through cocktail history, each reimagined with a local touch.
The wine list features exceptional pours by the stem, from Champagne and Burgundy to Napa and Galicia, while New England craft beers and ciders highlight regional character. The “Sacred List” crowns the program with rare spirits, including Van Winkle 12-Year, Glenmorangie 25-Year, and 1943 Sempe Armagnac.
