  5:30 PM - 6:30 PM

Complimentary and available only to guests staying at the Inn.

Develop or strengthen your meditation practice to reduce stress and improve concentration. You will learn powerful meditation techniques in a supportive environment. These classes are an easy way to bring meditation into your daily life and feel more centered, grounded, and peaceful. Summer classes are held outdoors.
